Personalized attestation reports for every member school

Ahead of the first year-end attestation, schools and conferences needed to see exactly where they stood. I used Claude Cowork and the terminal to design and generate a personalized report for every member school and conference, then automated delivery to the right leaders every two weeks.

The problem

Attestation was a brand-new, high-stakes process with a hard September 1 deadline, and CAPS didn't show attestation status or progress.

The people accountable for attestation, including presidents and chancellors, don't work in CAPS day to day. Without a report, they had no easy way to see where their school stood or who still needed to act.

What I built

  1. Design the reportWorked with Claude to design a report layout that shows each school its own data and progress toward attestation.
  2. Generate one per school and conferenceUsed Claude Cowork and the terminal to produce 319 school reports and 35 conference reports.
  3. Route to the right peopleAutomated delivery to 1,000+ school leaders, including athletic directors, and 100+ conference leaders.
  4. Repeat every two weeksSent fresh reports every two weeks across the eight-week window, so everyone could track progress toward the deadline.

How I made sure it was right

Each report held one school's compliance data, so accuracy and delivery to the right people mattered as much as speed.

Before each send, I ran random spot checks on report data and recipient lists.

What changed

Schools, conferences, and their leadership had a transparent, shared view of attestation progress during a critical deadline. Open tracking showed who had seen each report, which built accountability into the process.

Nearly all 319 schools completed attestation (96%).
