Built the first in-house product and engineering team for the Topps.com DTC business and led a headless migration to Shopify and ContentStack, bringing stack ownership in-house and enabling merchandising and customer service to manage content, inventory, and site operations directly. Led an SEO-critical re-architecture of the SKU and category taxonomy.
Led the migration of 1M+ accounts and 50M titles from ComiXology to Kindle with zero data loss and improved system efficiency. Launched Kindle's panel-by-panel immersive comics reading experience across iOS, Android, and web, leading a team of 14 engineers and 2 UX designers.
Expanded versions of what I share on LinkedIn, including The AI Gap, a series on the gap between AI adoption mandates and the guidance people need to use AI well.
I began my career as a program manager at the American Chamber of Commerce in China, then worked as a marketing and eCommerce operations consultant. After an MBA at Michigan Ross, I spent more than five years as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, then built the first in-house product and engineering team for Topps.com at Fanatics.
In 2026 I joined the College Sports Commission to lead product and operations for CAPS. Across each role, my focus has been aligning stakeholders in matrixed organizations, translating compliance and operational requirements into scalable product systems, and delivering customer-centric digital experiences.
